Maggie Cee is an artist, activist, dancer, writer, and educator committed to community and social change. She is the 2011 recipient of the History Project’s Lavender Rhino Award for an emerging LGBT history maker.

She is the founder and artistic director of The Femme Show, a ground-breaking touring variety show about queer femme identity and femininity. Current projects include Starting from Fem, a solo performance; and The Society for the Preservation and Promotion of Sapphic Social Mores.
